The tutor’s answer is that don’t consider your ability and knowledge, just access your subordinate according to the check list of SLII. And tutor suggested that don’t embrace the all of the issues by ourselves.

The tutor’s answer was not to worry about your ability and knowledge. Instead, follow the SLII checklist when interacting with your subordinates. The tutor also suggested that we should not try to handle all issues by ourselves.
